Terms version 2026-10-27

• Terms of Service · The agreement between BuyiMax and every company and user with an account. By signing up, ordering, offering or bidding you accept it.
• Conditions of Sale · A sale is formed when BuyiMax confirms an order and issues its invoice; until then an order is the Buyer's offer to buy. Words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.
• Payment Terms · Each invoice is paid in full, in US dollars, within the Buyer's payment window, by a way to pay that the Site offers; an invoice unpaid at the end of its window is cancelled and adds a strike.
• Shipping, Risk of Loss and Shipment Protection · Risk of loss passes to the Buyer when the carrier receives the Units, unless the Buyer chose Shipment Protection, in which case it passes on delivery; for pickup and own labels it passes on handover.
• Returns and RMA Policy · A Unit that does not match its listing when shipped may be returned for credit, refund or replacement, if the Buyer asks within 30 days after shipping and ships it back only after we approve; this is the Buyer's sole remedy for non-conforming Units.
• Product Condition, As-Is Disclaimer and Limited Remedy · Units are used goods sold "as is"; BuyiMax's only promise is that each Unit matches its listing when shipped, and the only remedy for a Unit that does not is the Returns and RMA Policy. This disclaimer is printed on every invoice.
• Device Status Disclosure · Every listing and invoice states each Unit's ESN, lock and carrier status; Units reported lost or stolen are never sold, and any other block is sold only as disclosed.
• Grading Standards · Each Unit carries one cosmetic grade, one battery band and one test result, assessed by BuyiMax when the Unit was prepared for sale; together with the device status they are the listing's description.
• Auction Rules · Lots are sold online to the highest bidder at close, with reserve; a bid is a binding maximum, and the winning bid becomes an order that must be paid like any other.
• Privacy Policy · Effective on posting. BuyiMax Inc. collects the personal information of Buyers' Users and contacts only to run BuyiMax Wholesale and our sales to them; we do not sell or share it for cross-context advertising, and we give the rights below to everyone, whether or not a privacy law requires them. This policy is our notice at collection, linked wherever we collect.
• Electronic Communications and Messaging Consent · By accepting the Terms, the Buyer and each User agree to do business with BuyiMax electronically; account and order messages go by email, WhatsApp only goes to a number the User has verified, and promotional messages can be turned off at any time.
• Data Sanitization Statement · Only Units whose data has been wiped, whose storage was destroyed, or that have no user-data storage are listed; the wipe record we provide is BuyiMax's own record of that work, not a certificate.
• Accessibility Statement · We want every User to be able to use BuyiMax Wholesale, and we work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
