Electronic Communications and Messaging Consent

By accepting the Terms, the Buyer and each User agree to do business with BuyiMax electronically; account and order messages go by email, WhatsApp only goes to a number the User has verified, and promotional messages can be turned off at any time.

1. Electronic records and signatures. The Buyer agrees that the Agreement, invoices, revisions, manifests, notices and other records may be provided electronically on the Site or by email, and that a User's click to accept, order, offer, bid or approve is the Buyer's electronic signature with the same effect as a handwritten one. The Buyer needs a current web browser and an email account to receive them, and may download or print any record from the Site. The Buyer may ask for a paper copy of a record at wholesales@buyimax.com.

2. Notices. Notices to the Buyer are given on the Site or by email to its owners and take effect when sent. The Buyer keeps at least one owner's email address current.

3. Account and order messages. We send messages about sign-in and security, the account, orders, invoices, payments, shipping, tracking, returns and changes to the Agreement. They are part of the service and continue while the account is open.

4. Promotional messages. With the User's agreement, we send news of stock, offers, auctions and price changes. Every promotional email carries an unsubscribe link, and the User can turn each kind off in Account → Notifications. Promotional messages are not sent between 8 PM and 8 AM in the Buyer's time zone. Agreeing to promotional messages is never a condition of buying.

5. WhatsApp. We message a WhatsApp number only after the User verifies it with a code we send. We send order and account updates there and, if the User agrees, promotional messages. The User can reply STOP or turn WhatsApp off in Account → Notifications. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply, and the User's carrier may charge for data. We do not send SMS text messages.

6. Messages from BuyiMax. Our messages come only from the Site, from addresses at buyimax.com, and from our verified WhatsApp business account. We never ask for passwords or sign-in codes. We send bank details only by email from an address ending in @buyimax.com, never by phone, text, WhatsApp or any other message.
